Lily Kao Design
LKD is a paper goods brand created by Lily Kao, an illustrator and designer based in Scarborough, Ontario. Working full-time as a graphic designer during the day and creating most of her work digitally on the computer, Lily felt a need to get back to her roots of traditional art and create just for fun. She picked up her paint brushes again and started painting alphabet charts based on different themes, such as Canadian wildlife, desserts, and flowers. She later expanded her product line to greeting cards and wooden laser cut decors.
Lily hopes to continue to expand LKD into a full time business and bring joy to others through her creations. When she’s not painting or designing, you can find her hiking with her Golden Retriever Nala, and renovating her home with her husband.
